AGREEMENT

This constitutes the understanding between the Client and the Company.  Thus payment of a deposit or final balance by bank transfer or credit card indicates the client’s understanding and acceptance of the terms herein.

PAYMENT POLICY

All payments are due upon receiving a receipt. Ticket costs for any optional tours will be incurred by the client. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

To be done in writing by fax or email and may be subject to 6% of the total amount received.  Any cancellation on tour reservation by the client prior to arrival will result in deductions from the total tour cost as follows:

  • Between 30 to 15 days – 25%
  • Between 14 to 7 days –  50%
  • Between 7 to 4 days – 75%
  • Between 3 to 1 days – 100%

Cancellation fees on all domestic flights are subject to the airline’s cancellation policy.

REFUNDS

This will normally be reverted to the same card account using the same mode of the initial payment. Refunds do not apply for No-Show

ACCOMMODATION

Unless otherwise stated, it is based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Room for single occupancy is available at an additional rate. Published prices are based on tariff and other costs prevailing at the time.  They are subject to change without notice.

FLIGHTS

Domestic

Below are approximate timings for flights:

  • Cairo – Luxor at 05:30 am arriving at 06:30 am
  • Aswan – Cairo at 22:00 pm and 23:30 pm
  • Luxor/Sharm el Sheikh is connected via Cairo Airport

Any adjustment to  flight timings will be attract extra charges.

International

Best issued from point of departure, where the client has access to a wider range of flight and price options subject to availability. 

However, if we help you to do the booking locally, payment must be done through bank transfer into a given account.

RESPONSIBILITY

We act only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail road, boat, aircraft, or any other convenience.  

We do not assume liability for injury, illness, damage, loss accident, delay or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes: weather, acts of God, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes of any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. 

We will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses.

SPECIAL REQUEST

Should the client have any special requests, he/she should inform the Company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to meet such requests but, as these do not form part of the Contract, the Company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to meet it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. 

The Company does not accept bookings which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.

POLICY ON CHILDREN

1st Policy:Packages + Nile Cruises + Hotels

  • 0 – 1 yrs   Free of Charge
  • 2 – 5 yrs    25% of total tour cost
  • 6 – 11 yrs   50% of total tour cost
  • +12  yrs     Considered adults

If your tour packages include flights, an extra charge may apply for your child.

2nd Policy:Sightseeing Tours & Shore Excursions

  • 0 – 5 yrs   Free of charge
  • 6 – 11 yrs  50 % of total tour cost
  • 12+ yrs    Considered adults

If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights, an extra charge may apply for your child.
